Description
As Live Producer, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality live events and broadcasts.
You will ensure smooth execution across production, technical teams, talent and stakeholders from pre-production through to live delivery.
This role will be based in our Madrid office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and manage live productions from pre-production through to delivery, ensuring all elements are aligned and ready for transmission.
Coordinate internal teams,



external partners, talent and technical crews to ensure seamless execution of live events.
Develop and maintain production schedules, run of shows, production plans and operational documentation.
Lead live operations, making real-time decisions and resolving issues quickly to ensure continuity and quality.
Manage production timelines, resources and budgets while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standards.

What You'll Bring:

Technical Skills: Live production workflows, broadcast technology, production planning tools, live streaming platforms, rundown/run-of-show management, basic AV and technical knowledge, and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, stakeholder management and ability to work effective under pressure.
Leadership Skills: Cross-functional team coordination, decision-making,
