We are hiring ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) speaking Danish, Dutch or German to join an international sales team in Barcelona, Spain.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential customers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and researching potential business customers
- Conducting outbound calls, emails and prospecting activities
- Qualifying leads and understanding customer requirements
- Building relationships with prospective clients
- Generating qualified sales opportunities and booking meetings
- Working towards ambitious sales targets and KPIs




- Collaborating closely with Account Executives and wider sales teams
- Maintaining accurate customer information in CRM systems

What We're Looking For
- C2/fluent Danish, Dutch or German
- Excellent English
- Previous sales, business development or lead-generation experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
- Proactive, confident and comfortable with outbound sales
- Willingness to relocate to Barcelona
