WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of the role is two-fold:
You will be the financial business partner to Oatly’s general functions and enable data-driven decision-making by translating financial data into actionable business insights, while performing the standard business controller activities. And you will also design, challenge, and influence the financial decisions and SG&A; agenda for all global functions. This means leading or participating in initiatives to optimize our cost, processes, or systems to ensure we keep being more efficient with every financial choice we make.
Business Partnering:
Collaborate closely and be the financial ‘go-to’ person for senior leaders in Oatly global functions. You do more than report on results but are able to challenge and influence decisions and navigate and resolve trade-offs, supported by data and clear an
