NRF is looking for an IT System Engineer to strengthen our team.You’ll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects.What You’ll DoProvide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidentsManage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)Configure and monitor our resourcesSupport IT projects, including migrations and upgradesMaintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standardsWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environmentsStrong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022),
