Motorworld Mallorca is an extraordinary mobility world and premier event destination located on an 80,000 sqm site directly along the MA-19 between the airport and Palma. Featuring 10 versatile themed spaces and the state-of-the-art Motorworld Mobility Hall, we host exceptional conferences, galas, product presentations, and lifestyle events for up to 2,000 guests. To drive our event operations and business development on the island, we are looking for a proactive Conference and Event Manager in full-time.
Responsibilities

Designing, planning, and executing conferences, galas, roadshows, workshops, and international trade events.
Managing comprehensive logistics, including catering, audio-visual technology, decoration, staffing, and external service partners.
Driving active B2B sales, client acquisition, and sponsor partnerships across automotive, luxury, tourism, and lifestyle industries.
Monitoring project budgets with a strict focus on cost control, profitability, and transparent milestone tracking.
Collaborating across marketing, PR,



and center management to establish standardized workflows and modern event tools.

Profile

Completed degree or commercial training in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in event planning and management, ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or branded environments.
Demonstrated success in budget management, contract negotiations, and client acquisition.
Proficiency with event management software, project tools, and MS Office, coupled with a solid understanding of cost accounting.
Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
High degree of organizational talent, flexibility, and leadership capability.
