As Assistant Finance Manager, you will be the key day-to-day Finance leader based at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, working closely with and reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance, who oversees the financial leadership of Barcelona and Mallorca.

You will act as the right hand of the Cluster Director of Finance, taking strong ownership of the daily financial and accounting operation of the Barcelona hotel. Your role is to ensure that reporting, controls, reconciliations, credit, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, budgeting and forecasting processes are accurate, timely and robust, allowing the Cluster Director of Finance to focus effectively on the strategic and cluster responsibilities of both properties.

This role goes beyond accounting. We are looking for a hands‑on finance leader and business partner who understands hotel operations, uses financial analysis and data to anticipate issues and opportunities,



and helps department heads make better business decisions.

People leadership is equally important. You will help lead, organise and develop the Finance team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, efficiency and continuous professional growth.

Finance Leadership & Cluster Partnership
- Act as the day-to-day Finance lead for Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, partnering closely with the Cluster Director of Finance.
- Oversee the hotel's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
- Support consistent financial processes, controls and best practices across the cluster.
- Identify and communicate financial risks, opportunities and performance trends.

People & Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
