Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Operations team in Barcelona. This role is focused on operating and optimizing critical production infrastructure within a measurable, performance-driven operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.




- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.
- Drive operational excellence by continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and observability practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure platforms meet non-functional requirements (availability, performance, scalability, and security).
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001-related controls.
- Data-driven approach to operations, using metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improvements.
- Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premise enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
