Job Summary:
Drive the growth of utility-scale and C&I; battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the assigned region. Responsible for full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, building strategic partnerships with IPPs, developers, EPCs, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Development & Account Management
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for designated overseas regions across utility-scale, C&I;, and residential energy storage segments. Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and proactively acquire new clients and strategic partners while systematically managing and evaluating ongoing customer relationships.
End-to-End Sales Management
Generate leads through industry exhibitions, online channels, and direct outreach. Uncover customer needs, develop tailored technical solutions and commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations,



and drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to payment collection—ensuring sales targets and receivables goals are met.
Project Coordination & Delivery
Manage contract negotiation, signing, and execution. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, project management) to ensure smooth project delivery. Establish long-term communication mechanisms with clients to provide excellent after-sales service.
Brand Promotion
Act as a brand ambassador by actively promoting the company’s products and technological strengths at local industry events and in the regional market, enhancing brand visibility and influence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, engineering, or a related field. English proficiency at a working level is required;
additional language skills are a plus.
