THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE SCIB is looking for a General Transaction Banking Chief of Staff Analyst based out of Madrid. As a member of the CoS GTB team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic priorities and driving business performance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and transformation of our business.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with the Head of GTB Europe and the GTB Management team to define, align and execute the strategic agenda, ensuring consistency with Global and Regional priorities.
- Coordinate the strategic planning process across GTB Europe, challenging business plans and ensuring alignment between business lines, support functions and overall strategic objectiv
