Are you looking for an active, community-focused role in Mallorca? Entitat Social is looking for a Green Point Operative to support daily waste management and recycling operations across municipal recycling centers in Valldemossa and Esporles. This position is part of a social inclusion program aimed at supporting job seekers returning to the workforce.

In this role, you will be on site ensuring the smooth operation of the recycling facility. Your main tasks include:
- Assisting members of the public and receiving recyclable materials
- Managing daily site operations and organizing designated disposal areas
- Carrying out general maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning across the premises
- Reporting and monitoring any incidents or operational irregularities
- Participating in and following workplace risk prevention guidelines

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:




- Accreditation of social exclusion risk issued by social services
- Active registration as a job seeker with the public employment service (SOIB)
- Ability to communicate in both Spanish and Catalan
- Basic user-level skills with mobile phones or tablets
- You must not have worked for an insertion company within the past two years or had a permanent contract in the last three months
- No formal academic qualifications are required

This position offers a 6-month temporary part-time contract starting on September 1, 2026, with an annual gross salary of €16,871.28. The working schedule is distributed between the Esporles and Valldemossa sites on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
