Job Title: Restaurant General Manager - high-volume location
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €45,000-48,0000, gross per year + bonus
For our client, a company opening a brand-new, high-energy restaurant in one of Barcelona's most iconic and bustling touristic areas, we are looking for a passionate, hands-on, and charismatic Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and create unforgettable dining experiences.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead by example - Be a hands-on, visible leader on the floor, inspiring and motivating your team.
- Drive operational excellence - Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from service standards and staff training to inventory, cost control, and profitability.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences - Ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable impression of Barcelona's vibrant hospitality.

Adecuado Candidate
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants, bars, or hotels.
