A social entity is currently offering a part-time position as a Green Point Operator (Peó de Punt Verd) located in the municipality of Bunyola. This position is part of a social insertion initiative designed to support people who want to develop their professional routine in a practical, community-oriented environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operational running, upkeep, and customer assistance at the local recycling and waste sorting facility. Your main tasks will include:
- Attending to the general public, providing guidance, and managing the reception of dropped-off materials.
- Carrying out the daily operational tasks required across the green point site.
- Maintaining general cleanliness, order, site upkeep, and minor repairs throughout the premises.
- Recording and managing operational incidents that occur during opening hours.
- Actively participating in occupational risk prevention and safety protocols.
To qualify for this social insertion position,
you must meet the following criteria:
- Official accreditation certifying a situation of risk of social exclusion issued by social services.
- Active registration as a jobseeker with the public employment service (SOIB).
- No formal academic qualifications or specific work experience required.
- Physical health suited to carrying out manual and maintenance tasks.
- User-level proficiency in operating mobile phones or tablets.
- Intermediate language proficiency (B1 level) in both Catalan and Spanish.
- Strong motivation to complete an insertion pathway, responsibility, organization, and openness to personal growth.
Conditions provided for this role:
- A 6-month temporary employment contract.
- Part-time commitment of 27 hours per week.
- Working schedule: Thursdays and Fridays from 08:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 20:00; Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00; Sundays from 09:00 to 13:00.
- A gross monthly salary of €998.96
