About the Role and Team
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, based in our Madrid office, to join our Marketing department, Product Marketing Division. In this role you will translate Adform's product capabilities, customer needs and market insights into clear commercial stories that fuel go-to-market execution and new business growth. You will be the connection point between Product, Sales and our customers – shaping positioning, messaging and enablement materials that help commercial teams differentiate Adform and win in the market. You will work closely with product marketing colleagues across Europe. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of experience who wants to take real ownership of general narratives in a complex, fast-moving AdTech environment. You will work in English every day, with international stakeholders across Sales, Product and Marketing. Madrid is one of our biggest marketing hubs, so you will be surrounded by experienced colleagues to learn from. - Develop general go-to-market narratives, messaging and sales stories that clearly communicate Adform's differentiated value
- Translate complex advertising technology and product capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions, use cases and proof points
- Partner with Sales, Product, customers and Product Marketing leadership to understand customer challenges, buying needs and market opportunities
- Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, playbooks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs and objection handling tools
- Support commercial teams globally with guidance, training and content that helps them position Adform confidently in customer conversations
- Continuously improve positioning and enablement based on customer feedback, field insights, competitive intelligence and win/loss
