SENSIA Solutions is a leading company in the infrared (IR) imaging market that designs, manufactures and sells AI-based cameras mainly for gas detection and quantification and flame detection. Our technology covers industrial, environmental, safety and security applications. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our engineering capabilities and our customers' technical requirements. This role combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and project execution to support the sales process, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to the needs of international customers, from needs identification through to solution presentation.
Develop and execute technical initiatives, and conduct feasibility studies for projects and business opportunities.
Support the execution of engineering projects and strategic initiatives with customers and key industry stakeholders.
Manage and maintain CRM systems and commercial tracking tools.
Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations, providing technical support throughout the sales process.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to gather technical information and ensure the consistency and feasibility of proposed solutions.
Provide technical support to the After-Sales Service team in managing customer inquiries and requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, or related discipline).
Previous experience in a Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role is preferred.
Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations.
