We are looking for a talented Design Architect to join our team in Palma de Mallorca.

This role is adecuado for someone with a strong creative and yet technical mindset who thrives on the entire creative spectrum, from shaping powerful architectural concepts to perfecting the subtle details that elevate a project from good to exceptional. Furthermore, the prospective architect should have an excellent command of German, a professional manner, strong communication skills, and experience in dealing with a discerning clientele. We expect the future employee to generate opportunities, relationships and to represent the company within the high-end market on the Balearics.

What We’re Looking For

German language skills (min. C2 or native).

Business Development, Networking and Client Management Skills.

Experience in high end residential and / or hospitality architecture.

Creativity and strong Revit capabilities.

10+ years of post-graduate experience.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Fluency in English and Spanish.





Ability to work with visualization tools and translate ideas into compelling designs.
