About the Role:

The Project Coordinator, fluent in Spanish, Creative Services also known internally as Project Coordinator – Visual Design, is involved in content scheduling and creation across multiple software platforms. This is a collaborative role with other project coordinators, graphic designers and motion designers.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Manage content scheduling and creative projects
Manage projects from beginning to final delivery including gathering project requirements and relevant assets, entering projects into project management system, set schedules, and upload content in CMS
Communicate with clients, content team and designers to ensure all deliverables, approvals and deadlines are met
Manage client content by collecting, uploading, scheduling, and publishing content in multiple content management systems
Assist new clients with onboarding and developing content strategies
Learn and provide subject matter expertise on Mood’s proprietary Content
Management System, Harmony




Test and validate custom development project solutions
Offer content support to internal teams such as customer support teams, fulfilment, sales and account managers
Create and maintain client documentation, tack hours and monthly reporting
Other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Job Qualifications:
Highschool/GED Required
Bachelors degree preferred
1-2 years experience in creative project coordination
Fluent in Spanish

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in digital signage and content management systems
Must speak fluent Spanish
Familiarity with digital media file types and resolutions
Familiarity with Trello or Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
Organized, able to work independently, and balance multiple projects simultaneously
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
