You will coordinate with service owners and 3rd-level support, and participate in weekly on-call duty. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
The role offers a hybrid work model in Madrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH) and exposure to large-scale digital banking projects with career growth opportunities.
