Our Training Specialists empower users to unlock Avature’s full potential through engaging sessions, high-quality learning resources, and ongoing support.

You’ll deliver training to new and existing customers across a wide range of solutions and business scenarios, combining product knowledge, communication skills, and adaptability to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.

Your Challenges And Objectives
- Provide clear, engaging training sessions to help customers adopt Avature’s features, functionality, and their specific configuration.
- Understand customer needs and deliver demos and trainings based on real use cases and business scenarios.
- Continuously improve training materials, methodologies, and outcomes based on feedback and product evolution.

Your Day-to-day Activities
- Coordinate, schedule,



and deliver virtual or on-site training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver solution overviews, user/admin training, workshops, and recorded sessions, adapting content and delivery to different audiences, learning styles, and technical proficiency levels.
- Create and update instructional materials (slides, exercises, polls, and related resources) to support training goals.
- Troubleshoot issues during sessions and ensure a smooth experience while maintaining participant engagement.
- Communicate clearly with customers, address questions, manage escalations when needed, and build strong relationships with key contacts.
- Track training metrics (attendance, completion, feedback), evaluate effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep content aligned with product updates and share insights that enhance documentation
