Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the ACES Data Analytics Team (ADAT) , supporting operational excellence through data-driven dashboarding solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and underlying data pipelines that provide actionable insights to operations teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across the support function to translate business needs into analytics solutions that drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key job responsibilities

i) Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that support operational performance tracking and decision-making

ii) Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources

iii) Develop Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics

iv) Partner with operations stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications

v) Perform root cause analysis on operational metrics, identifying trends, anomalies,



and opportunities for improvement

vi) Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and dashboarding deliverables

vii) Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

viii) Support KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities for existing dashboards, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements

A day in the life

In particular, Business Analysts will support the team with different types of analyses (from estimating the savings of a new project to calculating the drivers behind the Team’s performance) and work with various stakeholders in Amazon’s Operations. We are looking for profiles with analytics and communication skills, business sense and an excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office package.
