Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the country-wide operational strategy, aligning with the company’s integral vision and local market dynamics.Drive revenue growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and operational efficiency across locations.Expand the brand’s footprint by identifying new market opportunities, assessing locations,



and leading store openings, and support.Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., sales, margins, customer satisfaction, operational costs) to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas. Oversee all operations, including store management, supply chain, logistics, and compliance with brand standards ts.Ensure consistency in food quality, service speed, and customer experience across all locations, with a focus on franchise alignment.Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain operational uniformity and efficiency across the network.Optimize supply chain and inventory management to reduce waste, improve margins, and ensure timely deliveries for all locations.
