At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead to join a leading international company in the Consumer Healthcare sector.

? Main responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services.
- Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital, and Business teams to deliver strategic projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

? Who are you?
- Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and workplace services.




- Experience managing third-party providers and outsourced services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading international or distributed teams.
- Fluent English.

Nice to have:
- Experience in regulated environments.
- ITIL certification or Service Management expertise.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices.
- Experience with M365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.
