As an AI Solutions & Innovation Intern, you will support the development, testing, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and other cutting-edge technologies. You will also play an important role in promoting knowledge sharing, driving innovation, and helping teams adopt new AI capabilities across the organization.

? What You'll Do
- Support the development, testing, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and internal digital products.
- Work with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and other emerging AI technologies.
- Experiment with new features, provide feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our digital ecosystem.
- Assist in integrating AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.
- Create reusable documentation, guides, and best practices to help teams adopt new tools.
- Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile and iterative environments.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions.

✅ What We're Looking For

? Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
? Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken. German is a plus but not required.

? Technical Skills
- Understanding of software development principles and programming fundamentals.
- Programming knowledge in at least one language, preferably Python.
- Initial experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, JSON).
- Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Interest in DevOps, data processing, and AI model integration.
- Basic understanding of AI agen
