5 Real Estate is one of the fastest-growing estate agency businesses on the Spanish coast, with an expanding network of offices across the Costa Blanca and Murcia.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and help us continue developing our presence across social media.

This is an adecuado opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who is particularly interested in social media, video and digital content. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and the wider 5 Real Estate team to create engaging content that showcases our properties, people, offices and brand.

The Role

The Junior Social Media Executive will support the day-to-day creation and management of content across 5 Real Estate's social media channels.

A major part of the role will be video content and editing, including property videos, short-form social media content, staff videos and other creative campaigns.

You will also assist with planning, producing and publishing content across our social channels, identifying new ideas and trends, and helping us continually improve the quality and reach of our digital content.

This is a hands-on role. You will spend time both in the office and out with our teams creating content at properties, offices and other locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Create Reels, property videos, staff content, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop the company's social media content calendar.
- Help plan, create, schedule and publish social media posts.




- Visit properties and 5 Real Estate offices to capture video and photographic content.
- Work with our sales teams to identify properties, stories and opportunities suitable for social media.
- Create engaging content that reflects the personality and values of the 5 Real Estate brand.
- Write clear and engaging captions and social media copy.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas, formats and content opportunities.
- Help grow engagement and followers across the company's social media channels.
- Respond to and engage with comments and interactions where appropriate.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, company events, launches and other promotional activity.
- Monitor the performance of social media content and help identify what is generating the strongest engagement.
- Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos and other digital marketing assets.
- Support the Marketing Manager with wider marketing projects when required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Creative and naturally interested in social media.
- Comfortable filming and editing video content.
- Familiar with platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Able to recognise what makes engaging short-form social content.
- Confident using video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Organised and able to manage multiple pieces of content at the same time.




- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Confident communicating with colleagues and appearing around different departments and offices.
- Willing to get involved and bring forward their own ideas.
- Interested in learning and developing within a growing marketing department.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work to deadlines.

Experience

This is a junior position, so extensive professional experience is not required.

Previous experience through an internship, personal social media projects, university/college work, freelance work or employment would all be considered.

More importantly, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate creativity, an understanding of social media and an ability to produce good-quality video content.

Candidates should ideally be able to provide examples of videos or social media content they have previously created.

Desirable

- Previous experience within social media or digital marketing.
- Photography experience.
- Experience filming property, lifestyle or promotional content.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Spanish language skills.
- An interest in property and real estate.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 1,300.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
