Our client is an international technology company developing comprehensive solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators. The company provides a full ecosystem of products and services required to launch, manage, and scale iGaming businesses across multiple international markets.
As the company continues to expand into new markets and strengthen its general commercial presence, we are looking for a Growth Manager who will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, researching promising markets, developing strategic partnerships, and preparing new GEOs for successful commercial launch.
This is a new role within the business and an excellent opportunity for an experienced iGaming professional who combines strong market analysis with a commercial mindset and understands how to turn market insights into scalable business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new GEOs and market segments with strong commercial potential.
- Conduct deep market research covering market size, competition, regulatory environment, client demand, and key risks.




- Prepare clear Go / No-Go recommendations for entering new markets.
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for selected GEOs and business segments.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can generate new deal flow and support market entry.
- Build relationships with local platforms, White Label and Turnkey partners, distributors, licensing and compliance partners, referral partners, payment providers, traffic partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Identify lighthouse operators and priority target accounts in new markets.
- Lead negotiations with strategic partners and coordinate partnership launches.
- Identify new partnership models and scalable client acquisition channels.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's positioning and gain market share.
