What you will do
Research and test various software applications to see if they fit the firm standards for security and reliability.
Help document how these tools are used to ensure consistency across the distributed team.
Support the data entry and verification processes for the Spanish telecommunications project.
Attend remote meetings to gather requirements from colleagues about their daily technical challenges.
Monitor the performance of active automated workflows and report any inconsistencies to the technical leads.
Prepare simple guides and tutorials for new software features introduced to the firm.
Collaborate with the operations group to refine the data models used for investment analysis.
Assist in the migration of legacy data into new management systems.
