Job Description
As a Sales Representative Shop I (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience through professional consultation and customer-focused sales. With your strong customer orientation, you actively contribute to the success of the shop and the achievement of sales targets.

You provide professional advice to customers on products, tariffs, and services while identifying solutions that best meet their needs
You identify customer needs and leverage cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize sales success
You manage the entire sales process, from customer consultation to the successful completion of sales and contracts




You support product presentation and help maintain an attractive and welcoming shop environment
You handle customer inquiries professionally and contribute to high customer satisfaction through excellent service
You work closely with your team and actively contribute to achieving shared sales objectives

Requirements
You have completed vocational training or hold a comparable qualification, along with initial professional experience in sales, customer service, or face-to-face customer consulting.

Furthermore, you are characterized by detailed knowledge, specialized expertise, and the following skills:
Proven experience in sales consulting and customer-oriented sales
Demonstrated ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and successfully close sales
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering excellent service
