Who We're Looking For:
Rover's portfolio of pet care brands spans the globe — and as we acquire and
grow those brands,
someone has to make each integration real: migrating the
systems, aligning the roadmaps, and shaping the experiences that make a brand
feel right for its market.
That's your work. You'll join Rover's Technical Program Management team, a small
and growing function that sits at the center of how engineering delivers
complex, cross-functional work. TPMs here own how programs get executed, drive
alignment across organizational boundaries, and bring structured thinking to the
hardest problems on the roadmap — all in service of better experiences for the
pet parents and sitters who depend on our platform every day.
Your focus is Partnerships and Integrations: standing up new brand experiences
and folding acquired businesses into the Rover ecosystem, like our integration
of Cat in the Flat. The work spans technical migration, go-live coordination,
and the feature build that makes each brand right for its users — some of which
