Responsibilities

* Own AI-related technical decisions across the company and products,

* Design and build agent frameworks for complex, multi-step workflows,

* Go beyond RAG: tool use, structured outputs, multi-agent/multi-chain systems,

* Build eval and feedback loops (testing, scoring, iteration),

* Ship reliable, production-grade AI systems (accounting for latency, cost, and
failure modes),

* Turn messy clinical processes into deterministic, auditable systems,

* Stay current with and experiment with SOTA technologies in the field.

* 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including 1-2+ years building
LLM-based systems in production,
