What you'll be doing:
Responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities across the assigned European region under the Group Procurement operating framework, supporting both existing operations and new airport lounge openings. The role acts as the regional procurement lead, working closely with the Global Director, Strategic Procurement, regional leadership teams, and country stakeholders to execute sourcing initiatives, manage supplier performance, support cost control, and ensure operational continuity.

The position is accountable for sourcing execution, contract implementation, procurement operations, supplier management, governance compliance, and pre-opening procurement readiness. It ensures approved suppliers, contracts, systems, and processes are effectively deployed across the region while maintaining service quality, supply reliability, and cost efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Business Partnership & Procurement Support
Serve as the primary procurement contact for regional Operations, Finance, Commercial, and functional stakeholders.




Support the implementation of Group and HQ-led procurement initiatives across the region.
Translate operational requirements into procurement plans and sourcing activities aligned with Group policies and standards.
Collaborate with country teams to resolve procurement-related operational issues and support business needs.
Sourcing, Contracts & Supplier Management
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQ/RFP management, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
Implement regional and general contracts in accordance with approved category strategies and delegated authorities.
Manage supplier onboarding and ensure contracts, pricing, and service requirements are correctly established and communicated.
Monitor supplier performance against agreed quality, service, delivery, and commercial requirements.
