JOB DESCRIPTION

You lead end-to-end execution of industrial automation projects, ensuring
delivery on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. You coordinate
cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact between Lear and the
client throughout the full project lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead assigned projects from mechanical pre-project phase through installation
and handover.




* Plan project execution and timelines in coordination with technical sales and
stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical,
automation, purchasing, and assembly.
* Allocate and organize workshop, assembly, and automation resources to
maximize efficiency and profitability.
* Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation designs to ensure technical
and customer requirements are met.
* Oversee machine assembly and on-site installation, resolving technical issues
and ensuring quality standards.
* Manage project financials, including cost control, budget tracking, and
approval of labor hours.
* Act as the primary liaison with customers, managing communication, changes,
and warranty-period support.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related technical
field.
3–5+ years of experience as a project manager or in automation, quality, or
related customer-facing roles.
