We are looking for a bright mind to help us move forward in giving best support as a System Controller who will work in a general environment joining our multicultural team which provides first and second level support to our Business Unit applications.
What You Will Do
Provide 1st level support (monitoring, triage, software deployment, etc.)
Provide 2nd level support (application troubleshooting)
Implement automation for specific tasks and processes
Interact with IT application and Business teams
What You Bring




Bachelor Degree or Higher Education Certificate in Information Technology or similar
Advanced OS knowledge (linux and windows)
Containerized application management (OCP/K8S)
DevOps practices and tools understanding will be valuable
Automation experience (Ansible, CI/CD, etc.) will also be positively considered
Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including morning to afternoon shifts
Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
