MISSION:

To provide strong mechanical expertise during the installation and finishing
phases of the WTG, ensuring the turbine is fully prepared for commissioning.
You will also support the resolution of quality deviations, contributing to a
smooth handover to the customer and ensuring optimal performance throughout the
turbine’s lifetime.
This is a hands‑on, dynamic role in an international environment, idóneo for
professionals who enjoy technical fieldwork, teamwork and continuous
problem‑solving.

YOUR TASKS:

* Provide technical mechanical support during the installation, adjustment and
finishing phases of the WTG
* Identify and support the resolution of quality deviations to ensure smooth
commissioning and long‑term turbine reliability
* Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene whenever
safety rules are not followed
* Coordinate and launch technical modifications in close collaboration with the
Engineering department
* Deliver technical guidance and on‑site training to supervisors and field
teams
* Support the improvement of instructions,



work methods and procedures related
to installation and finishing
* Collaborate in prototype testing and validation of new technical
solutions.Report the status of site activities, preparing and submitting the
required technical documentation.
* Perform quality checks on site, including complete reporting of findings and
corrective actions
* Participate actively in the coordination of site activities and in continuous
improvement initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

* Vocational technical studies (FPII/Technical Diploma) – mandatory.
Engineering degree is a plus
* Previous experience working in wind farms (installation, mechanical works,
maintenance or assembly)
* Comfortable working at heights and in demanding HSE environments
* Experience leading teams or working in quality roles is highly valued
* Solid mechanical knowledge and strong hands‑on approach
* Good computer skills (Office, reporting tools, technic
