JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Technology Enablement will lead efforts to boost market adoption
of Supermicro’s Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS) and energy-related
total solutions, building strategic alliances, enabling technology integrations,
and meeting KPIs like revenue growth and market share. This role requires
technical expertise and business skills to identify opportunities, negotiate
partnerships, and align total solutions with customer needs in hyperscale data
centers and AI ecosystems.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for DCBBS and energy-efficient
total solutions, focusing on liquid-cooled AI factories and sustainable power
integration.
• Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, IHVs, ISVs, hyperscalers, and energy
providers to support DCBBS and energy programs.
• Drive design wins and adoption for DCBBS by turning technical needs into
business opportunities, including RFQs and pipeline development.
• Lead enablement programs for DCBBS, including training on energy-efficient
systems and AI tools to cut costs and improve sustainability.
• Analyze markets to find energy-related opportunities, optimize DCBBS pricing,
and track ROI via KPIs like ARR growth and energy efficiency.
• Mentor teams to innovate in DCBBS deployments,
