ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll
for a full-time position. The role includes providing configuration support
during the project’s implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local
regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after
go-live.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation & Testing

* Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus on Spanish Payroll
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system
configurations.
* Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations.
* Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance
testing (UAT) for payroll processes.
* Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.

Service Delivery & Support

* Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely
resolutions.
* Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE





* Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration.
* Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous).
* Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS support.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level).
* Good command in English (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a integral team.
