JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead Design for
Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) initiatives for next-generation server and
rack-level systems. This role is responsible for driving manufacturability
improvements throughout the EVT and DVT phases, optimizing assembly processes,
improving first-pass yield, and ensuring seamless transition to mass production.
The adecuado candidate brings deep expertise in server system integration,
root-cause analysis,



cross-functional collaboration, and new product
introduction (NPI), with additional experience in liquid-cooled rack solutions
considered a strong advantage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* EVT/DVT DFMA Leadership: Lead comprehensive DFMA reviews during EVT/DVT
phases to optimize server chassis and rack routing.
* Teardown & Analysis: Transport, disassemble, and analyze prototypes to drive
design enhancements and product excellence.
* Yield & Root-Cause Ownership: Drive root-cause analysis for assembly defects
and implement 8D methodology to boost First Pass Yield.
* Data & Documentation: Navigate MRP, BOM, and ECO systems to extract part
specifications and assembly records.
* Reporting & Collaboration: Generate formal DFMA reports, document findings
with photos, and publish to the company intranet.
* Database Management: Maintain systemic DFMA records and partner with IT to
optimize the tracking da
