We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions (SAS) business, supporting our Global Release Liners portfolio. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will shape category direction, drive innovation, and improve profitability across international markets.

Your Impact

Drive Innovation & Product Development

Lead new product development and commercialization initiatives
Build business cases, define product requirements,



and manage launch execution
Work cross-functionally with R&D;, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
Lead projects through stage-gate processes to ensure successful delivery

Own Strategy & Profitability

Develop and execute multi-year category strategies
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Define pricing strategies and improve margins
Manage product portfolio to maximize revenue and efficiency

Enable Sales & Customer Success

Provide product training and insights to commercial teams
Develop sales tools and customer-facing materials
Support key customer engagements and innovation presentations

Lead Marketing Initiatives

Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, trade shows, and promotions
Track and optimize return on marketing investments

What We’re Looking For
