We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HV Construction Manager to lead the construction and site execution of High Voltage (HV) infrastructure for utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HV construction activities from mobilization through energization, ensuring the safe, timely,



and high-quality delivery of substations and grid connection infrastructure in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities related to High Voltage (HV) infrastructure.
Oversee the construction of HV substations, power transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, protection and control systems, HV cable installations, and grid connection facilities.
Ensure all construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, client representatives, utility companies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Monitor construction progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
Review and manage construction schedules, manpower planning, material availability, equipment resources, and site logistics.
