About the Job
The Solutions Manager (EU) serves as the regional technical solutions specialist, responsible for designing, proposing, and supporting end-to-end electrical power solutions across strategic segments in the European region.
This role works closely with Country Sales and Customer Success Engineering teams, to deliver complex, strategic, and non-standard solutions in different segments (Data Centers, Renewable, Utilities, Industrial etc).
The Solutions Manager ensures CHINT solutions meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and competitive technical positioning across European markets.
Success in this role is measured by the ability to translate solutions into customer confidence, project awards, and commercial order conversion.
This is a full-time position. We are currently building a professional team, and the job opening is available to candidates from all European countries. We currently have entities in the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Czech Republic, Italy, Romania, Poland, Turkey and other countries, all of which can be used as work locations. For markets where we have no entities, cooperation can also be carried out via EOR.
