As Bar Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people
reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of

planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives
are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel/resort.

Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of
all bar outlets to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses
brand operating standards and budget.

I will work strategically with the F&B; Manager to develop cohesive and
productive goals for my department and establish procedures to achieve them. I
will support an overall consistency of the Company's vision, quality standards




and develop beverage concepts consistent with the Six Senses brand identity.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

* Keep abreast of industry trends, mixology techniques, premium spirits, wines,
cocktails and beverage innovations to continuously enhance the guest
experience.

* Focus on the rejuvenation of the bar experience through creative beverage
concepts and memorable guest interactions.

* Ensure beverage menus and offerings are constantly assessed and reviewed to
remain relevant, innovative and aligned with Six Senses wellness and
sustainability practices.

* Maintain a strong physical presence across all bar outlets, ensuring rigorous
adherence to LQA standards and brand operating procedures.

* Be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all bar
operations.

* Effectively carry out service recovery or empower hosts to resolve guest
concerns promptly and professionally.
