Job Description

Group-IB is a leading cybersecurity company building high-load backend services for fraud protection, threat intelligence and digital risk prevention. The team works on complex, data-heavy systems that collect, process and serve large volumes of data in real time.

Location: Madrid, Spain. Remote.

Responsibilities / Your Mission:

Design and implement new product features and APIs
Build integrations with third-party data sources
Increase the share of Golang services
Improve performance and scalability (query optimizations, sharding, etc.)
Integrate services across the Group-IB product ecosystem
Develop and maintain internal platforms used across teams

Requirements / What We Are Looking For:

5+ years of professional experience with Golang
Strong sense of ownership and a product mindset




Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or similar
Comfortable working in Linux environments
Experience developing production-grade systems and APIs
English at upper-intermediate level or higher

What Sets You Apart:

Experience with Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, S3, or Cassandra
Experience with Redis or similar in-memory storage
Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS)
Experience with high-load or distributed systems
Observability skills (metrics, logs, alerts, traces)
