We're now looking for someone with a technical mindset and a problem-solving attitude to join our Technical Service team, supporting customers worldwide.
Your mission:
You'll be the technical point of reference at the customer's site: installing, maintaining, and supporting our machinery to ensure their production processes never stop. A hands-on, dynamic role with direct customer contact and international exposure.
What you'll do:
Installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art machinery
Diagnosing and resolving incidents (remotely and on-site)
Maintenance and repair of the machinery fleet
Logging and tracking incidents in the ERP system
Providing technical training to customers
Close collaboration with sales and international teams,
contributing improvements based on field experience
What we're looking for:
Vocational training (FP) in Electricity, Electronics, or similar (mechanical background is a plus)
Experience installing or maintaining industrial machinery
High level of English (you'll be working with international customers)
Proactive, solution-driven attitude and willingness to travel
