More Than a Role
We don't just need another Senior Software Engineer—we're looking for a builder who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and delivering scalable, high-quality software that creates real business impact.
You'll play a key role in shaping and building the technology powering our Talent Operations platform, working on backend services while contributing to frontend development when needed. You'll influence technical decisions,



contribute to system architecture, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support our integral business.
We're looking for engineers who embrace modern software development practices and actively leverage AI-powered development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to improve productivity and code quality.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services while contributing to frontend features where required.
Build high-quality, well-tested software following modern engineering and DevOps best practices.
Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across the platform.
