At Unilin Panels, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager Decorative Solutions in the sales team. In this role you will contribute to the growth of our decorative range, focusing on interior solutions within the project market. The Unilin Decorative Range is an inspiring collection of decorative panels available in 236 different designs, including HPL (high-pressure laminate), melamine and edge banding.
You will be part of our Sales Team in Spain. You will identify and follow up on project opportunities, working with stakeholders to ensure our products are specified in upcoming projects. You will be the go-to contact for all inquiries within your region and communicate with both internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) and external stakeholders (architects, designers, interior contractors and end customers). Effective communication is crucial in this role.
Business Development:
Actively identify new business opportunities through databases, professional networks, social media, trade fairs and industry events.
Qualify incoming leads and convert them into tangible business opportunities.
Keep the CRM tool (C4C) up to date and record all relevant information.
Product Management:
You are the expert of your portfolio. You combine in-depth product knowledge with a clear understanding of priorities, initiatives and opportunities across your portfolio.
You coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, such as new product launches, carefully tracking milestones and ensuring everything is in place at the right time.
You work closely with Planning, R&D; and Marketing while aligning with your other sales colleagues on pricing, positioning and product launches.
Sales:
You manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
You develop new customer relationships and create business opportunities within the decorative project market.
