1. The Account Executive team
Our purpose is to help companies scale, cutting costs and boosting productivity with the best tech builders in the country.
We're looking for someone who loves building relationships and closing them: as an Account Executive you own the full cycle, from first contact to signature.



You build your own pipeline, run consultative deals with multiple stakeholders up to C-level, close, and grow every account you win. Being an AE at Shakers means joining a team of ambitious, committed people from all backgrounds, shaping the next way of working.

The best salespeople want to earn big, and at Shakers they do. Comp is uncapped and tied to what you bring in.
Our top performers earn 2X their base salary in total comp, and the multiplier keeps climbing: 1.7X in 2024 · 2.2X in 2025 · 2.7X in 2026.
A strong year can reach around €120K in total comp (fixed + uncapped variable).
No cap, no ceiling: the better you sell, the more you make.
