As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by established procedures.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, aircraft-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
Monitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing guests in accordance with site-specific requirements.
