YOUR IMPACT

As an Associate Legal Counsel at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in
driving our global business forward by partnering closely with strategic
commercial, product, and corporate teams. Operating from our Madrid office, you
will handle high-impact commercial negotiations, champion data privacy
compliance, and safeguard our corporate governance across global entities. Your
pragmatic, solution-oriented guidance will directly enable revenue growth,
de-risk new product innovations, and ensure seamless execution of strategic
transactions like funding rounds and M&A.;

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days
in our Madrid, Spain office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
