Role: Governance & Oversight Associate

Role Summary:
This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of services
within the Central Oversight team, with a strong focus on meeting client
deadlines accurately and on time. You will assist with monitoring service
providers, tracking deliverables and supporting Management Companies in meeting
their regulatory obligations. The position offers hands-on exposure to a broad
range of investment fund structures across multiple jurisdictions, particularly
within the Luxembourg and Irish financial services markets.
Job specification:
* Support the monitoring of third-party service providers (administrators,
transfer agents, depositaries) and maintain oversight records
* Assist in reviewing fund accounting data and key performance indicators
(KPIs) under supervision
* Contribute to due diligence activities and ongoing service provider
assessments
