Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding advanced consumer electronics, specifically iRobot home robotics products
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, software updates, and hardware diagnostics via phone, email, and live chat
Educate users on the latest features and maintenance of iRobot devices to ensure an optimal user experience
Maintain detailed customer interaction records within our CRM systems to track product trends and common consumer electronics inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to escalate complex product malfunctions and provide feedback for product development
Stay up-to-date with the latest consumer electronics innovations to deliver knowledgeable and accurate assistance
Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings by demonstrating empathy, technical aptitude, and professionalism in every interaction
Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria)
Proven interest in consumer electronics and smart home technology
Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve technical challenges
