Key Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer service to international clients booking vehicle rentals within the tourism sector
Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high precision in the French language




Offer expert travel advice and vehicle recommendations to enhance the tourist experience for our French-speaking clientele
Resolve complex issues regarding vehicle availability and rental agreements in a professional, empathetic manner
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to the strong reputation of our travel industry partners
Navigate multiple digital platforms to ensure seamless processing of bookings and administrative accuracy
Collaborate with international teams to optimize travel service delivery and internal communication workflows

Requirements

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the tourism industry is highly regarded
Strong proficiency in English to ensure seamless communication within our international consultancy
