As Head of Marketing - GoBTC Pay, you will own the marketing strategy and commercial growth of our payments business.

You will be responsible for building the GoBTC Pay brand, developing its go-to-market strategy, driving merchant and user acquisition, and accelerating transaction volume across global markets.

This is a strategic leadership role with direct responsibility for business growth. You will work closely with Product, Business Development, Partnerships, Finance, Analytics, and executive leadership to scale one of GoMining's most important growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market

Define and execute the global marketing strategy for GoBTC Pay
Build positioning, messaging, and value propositions for merchants, partners, and end users
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new markets, features, partnerships, and product launches
Prioritize regions, customer segments, and verticals based on commercial opportunity

Growth & Commercial Performance

Own the commercial marketing funnel across merchant acquisition and end-user adoption




Work closely with Business Development and Partnerships teams to accelerate merchant growth
Develop strategies to increase transaction volume, merchant activation, and customer retention
Define marketing KPIs and measure performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue

Brand & Partnerships

Build GoBTC Pay as a trusted general Bitcoin payments brand
Develop co-marketing initiatives with merchants, payment providers, wallets, and strategic partners
Support regional marketing activities across key launch markets
Collaborate with PR, Content, Community, and Events teams to strengthen market presence

Cross-functional Leadership

Partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics, Compliance, Sales, and Operations teams
Ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and product roadmap
Build scalable marketing processes and planning frameworks
